Montessorium is a collaboration between experienced Montessori educators, technologists, and learning scientists. We were drawn together by a shared vision of giving students more intellectual and practical independence, more careful observation and individualization, more academic excellence, and more time to develop their own interests.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary classroom. It has shelves full of Montessori learning materials, seasoned Montessori-trained educators, and time-tested Montessori routines such as work journals, individualized lessons, and uninterrupted independent work periods.

Technology, wisely used
We've added a new shelf of materials to the classroom: laptops with the Timeback learning platform. Timeback is a suite of great learning apps wrapped in an AI proctor. The AI updates each student's lesson plans daily by assessing and observing their work, completely individualizing the pace of learning. With a custom lesson plan in each subject, every child is met at their level, supported to learn at their own pace, and there is no ceiling to what they can accomplish.

Montessorium delivers at least 2x typical academic growth. Our curricula are constantly being adapted to challenge, but not overwhelm, each individual student. And our students greatly overperform on the NWEA MAP test, a standardized test that measures performance and growth in a child's learning over time.
Develop Independence
Students plan their own daily work routine, participate in routines and chores, organize field trips, and are supported in their own interests. Above all, their learning empowers them to become independent thinkers. The Montessori ethos of independence permeates Montessorium.
